The article explores the potential to further increase agricultural production and productivity in Azerbaijan as a result of agrarian reforms. In order to use these potential opportunities, the use of new technologies in the agricultural sector, scientific and innovative research is becoming an urgent task today. The study examines the quantitative assessment of the impact of scientific and technical ideas and the application of research on the growth of total income in the agricultural sector using mathematical models.
