The growing interest in logistics as a new scientific and practical direction, on the one hand, is due to the need to develop a market orientation of the economy, on the other hand, growing production costs, fundamental changes in the philosophy of resource management, widespread use of marketing concepts and computer technologies. This article analyzes the Logistics Performance Index of Azerbaijan in the context of cross-country comparisons, examines the development of logistics in terms of increasing non-oil exports, including agricultural exports, and the mechanisms used in this area. The issues of improving the rules of the "green corridor" access system in the Republic of Azerbaijan are considered.
