In the article, the issues of development of entrepreneurship in agriculture were considered, and in this direction, the role and formation features of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the agrarian sector were explained. At the same time, the essence of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the approaches of various researchers regarding its role were analyzed, and the internal and external factors of the formation of entrepreneurial ecosystems were determined. The structural elements of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the agrarian sector and their interrelated activities were explained, and the issues related to the formation of a favorable ecosystem in modern conditions were considered.
