In the modern globalizing economy, the influence of economic policy on the economy is constantly increasing. The state's support policies for agriculture are mainly implemented by using various support tools to increase the income level, productivity, product diversity and production in this area. The article shows the impact of the development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector and state-supported regulation of agriculture on the growth of agricultural production and more sustainable development of this sector in modern conditions. At the same time, new proposals and recommendations are put forward to improve the effectiveness of the agricultural support policy implemented in Azerbaijan.
