Investments in fixed capital in agriculture act as one of the main factors of dynamic growth of production in this field and ensuring competitiveness. The article highlighted indicators characterizing the level of investments in the agrarian sector of the Azerbaijani economy in modern conditions, indicates methods of their calculation and analyzes them based on recent statistical data. Assessments are made on the basis of relevant international comparisons regarding these indicators. At the same time, the long-term dynamics of investments in fixed capital in the country's agriculture are investigated and the impact of the trends formed here on the growth of production in the field is explained.
