All articles published in “Agricultural Economics” are open access and distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

This allows others to download and share the work with an acknowledgement of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal, provided they do not use it commercially or create derivative works.

General information

The journal "Agricultural Economics" (hereinafter – the journal) adheres to the basic standards adopted by all of the publishing labels presented in the recommendations of the International Committee on publication ethics (СОРЕ).

The names and e-mails posted on the journal's website will only be used for the purposes set forth in this journal, will not be shared with other individuals or entities, or will not be used for any other purpose.

The authors of the journal must sign (accept) the offer contract when submitting the article. See the section “Requirements to the article” for details of the contract.

ORCID request:

All authors are required to have an ORCİD İD.

Use of Generative AI and AI-assisted tools:

Authors must disclose the use of generative AI or AI-assisted tools in the writing process. This information must be included in the Methods or Acknowledgements section. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

Contract

Open offer (contract) to provide publication service by the Agricultural Economics Research Center with its scientific-practical journal “Agricultural Economics”

This proposal is open offer in accordance with the item 408 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the author (customer) accepts it in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan by submitting the article to the website of the scientific-practical journal “Agricultural Economics” (hereinafter the journal) for publication.

  • Subject of the offer
    • 1.1.The author sends the article to the editorial office in anticipation of the requirements indicated on the journal's website for publication (placement).
    • 1.2.The journal provides the following services to the author regarding the publication of the article:
      - to accept the article;
      - to decide on the publication of the article;
      - to place the article in the Journal
      - to present the author's copy of the Journal.

 

  • Rights and obligations:
    • 2.1. The author may comment on the quality of the services provided to the editorial office within 40 days from the publication of the article.
    • 2.2. The Editorial Board of the journal must send a copy of the article to the author within 14 days of publication.
    • 2.3. The Editorial Board of the journal has the following rights:
    • 2.3.1. Implementation of technical editing without changing the principal provisions of the article;
    • 2.3.2. Submittion an opinion to the article and propose to the author the necessary changes;
    • 2.3.3. Refusal of the publication of the article in case the article does not comply with the profile of the journal or has scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance, as well as in case of failure to meet the necessary requirements for the compilation of the article, as well as violation of the requirements of this offer by the author;
    • 2.3.4. Independent determination of journal circulation;
    • 2.3.5. Placement of articles published in the journal on the internet.

 

  • 3.Payment
    • Payment to the authors for the publication of the article is not provided.

 

  • Other conditions
    • 4.1. The terms of this offer may be changed unilaterally by the journal. The new terms do not apply to the extended offer until the change is implemented.
    • 4.2. The author of the article guarantees the Editorial Board of the journal that the publication of the article does not violate the copyright of other people.
    • 4.3. The editorial Board of the journal warns that in relation to the published article intellectual does not exercise the copyright protection in the field of property.
