The article discusses the development of regional agrarian markets and provision of these markets with local quality food products, production resources, and various types of services, including, development of interregional exchange, deepening of specialization of agricultural production. In addition, problems of development of the regional agrarian market capable of solving the problem of import substitution in the agrarian market based primarily on its own resources are studied. The main purpose of conducting research in this direction is to promote the necessity of regional agricultural market development and specialization of agriculture according to modern requirements in order to ensure the rapid development of the agricultural sector.
